Isolated Oculomotor Nerve Palsy Caused by Onodi Cell Sinusitis

Onodi cell sinusitis is a rare cause of isolated oculomotor nerve palsy. The sphenoid sinus and mucocele or invasive fungal are often associated with multiple cranialnerve symptoms simultaneously. However, cranial palsy due to simple rare. Sinus disease difficult diagnose based on patient history physical examination alone; CT MRI help in correctly assessing these lesions. Here we report case observed who presented underwent endoscopic surgery recovered completely at 2 months postoperative.
